Best chat support I have ever received for a company. It was personable; I didn’t feel like I was sharing my chat time with another person. And like most times, one question leads to another. They stuck with me the whole time. In fact, noting problems before I saw them so we could fix it before ending our chat. I loved that I could be guided on my own computer, directing me on where to go to, do what I wanted to do. I also loved that I could print our chat for reference another time.
